Types of Massage. Your session is created for your individual needs and goals using different techniques including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Myofascial, Polarity/Energy, and Cross Fiber and may also include breathing techniques, visualization and stretching. We work with you to acheive a most relaxing yet therapeutic massage session. We provide workplace/seated massage.
